Yes. You can modify booking details or cancel through your dashboard account. Cancellations made sufficiently in advance receive a full refund. Please review our Terms of Service for the full cancellation policy and timelines.

Yes. Select a minivan or full van during booking to accommodate larger groups. For groups of 7+ passengers, a full van is the most comfortable and cost-effective option. Multiple vehicles can also be booked simultaneously if your group is very large.

Yes. An email confirmation is sent immediately after payment. Your driver's name and contact number are sent closer to your travel date. You can also view all booking details in your Mashaer Fleet account dashboard.

The journey from Jeddah Airport (KAIA) to central Makkah covers approximately 90–110 km and typically takes 1 to 1.5 hours. During peak Hajj season and Friday prayers, traffic around the Haram can add extra time, so we recommend allowing 2 hours as a buffer.

A pre-booked private taxi is the most reliable option. After a long international flight, having a driver waiting at arrivals with your name board means no queues, no negotiation, and no confusion. Public buses (SAPTCO) are cheaper but require extra waiting and are not door-to-door. For families, elderly pilgrims, or those with luggage, a private transfer is strongly recommended.

SAPTCO buses run between Jeddah Airport and Makkah at lower fares, but they are shared services with fixed schedules and limited luggage space. Madinah Airport is approximately 15–20 km from Masjid Nabawi. The taxi journey typically takes 25–40 minutes depending on traffic and your hotel's location within the Haram district.

Under normal traffic conditions the drive takes 25–35 minutes. During peak Hajj and Umrah seasons when the city is at full capacity, allow up to 60 minutes. We track your flight and your driver will be ready upon your arrival.

Yes. Wheelchair-accessible vans are available for all Madinah Airport transfers. Select the wheelchair van option when booking online. Our drivers are trained to assist passengers with mobility needs and will help with boarding, seating, and luggage.
